  • Years of experience is too low

Currently team members need to review obvious ones that the ATS misses and send out emails on all application taking up lots of time

Solution

  • Create Web-based tool that accepts resume

  • Once the resume is submitted It needs to read a PDF and create a table to compare against job applicants
