About Andres
After graduating from Central College with a bachelors of the arts with a double major in Computer Science and Economics. I work for Pella corporation for 3 Years.
In Pella corporation I built performance metrics that led to a drop of support tickets by 90%. In that initiative we used Excel and Service Now to gather the biggest support issues and solve the root cause versus quick workarounds. This helped IT members have more time for projects and helped ensured products were built and shipped on time.
After that stint I went to work in PPI. There I current work in a 3 person team where we work to help the business make data driven decisions. Here we use Tableau and help Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Manufacturing team use gain actional insights.
In my free-time I train and teach Jiu Jutsu at Pella BJJ. Currently Living in a small town building dashboards and doing Jiu Jutsu!!!
